- “Standard liability” means that the vehicle you hire is insured for damage to the vehicle and to the property of a Third Party
- “Liability” means the dollar amount the driver is liable for in the event of vehicle, other vehicle or property damage. Also known as “excess level” or “liability”.
- An “liability reduction option” allows you to upgrade your insurance cover which reduces this excess amount
- “Age” refers to the age of the youngest person who will be driving the rental vehicle. It is determined at the start of your hire period; not the date when you booked the vehicle.
